Cases are packed....

Cold, grey wintry days
...lots of knitting, fairy lights and tea...
...yarn testing...dress fittings...pattern writing...
...working on translations...and crochet in the evenings...

🐝

In fact, my latest crochet project has been really enjoyable
and I'll be taking some photos when we return from our trip next week
(and when our northern light permits!)

❄️ ❄️ ❄️

I'm also planning to make the workroom festive today
...we've picked a pretty tree and she's waiting patiently for her decorations...
Hopefully, I'm going to avoid feeling like the white rabbit this Xmas...
...too often the way for me no matter how hard I try to avoid it...
(and yet I have all year to prepare?!) x

🐰

On that note, I now actually have my very own little white rabbit too
in the form of a tree decoration...hurrying with his clock...he's lovely...
and I'll introduce him to you next time when he's found his place on the tree x

❄️ ❄️ ❄️

I'm definitely ready for some festive sparkle
and we're off to my most favourite place next week...
the Lake District...along with a suitcase of yarn...candles...
and books (plus some pampering treats...oh yeah!)
...not much room for clothes...just the important stuff...mostly yarn...
...a retreat right by the lakeside for a whole week...
and time for some Christmas shopping...Miss Daisy is coming too of course
...she has her dog treats already packed...most important x

🐶

Hope you're having a good weekend everyone
It's been so dark in our corner of the world
and the days just seem far too short right now

Thank you for calling by
...for ever kind comments and friendship...

We're so lucky to be part of this colourful
Creative Universe, aren't we? x

x Back soon x

 ❄️

P.S  I hope you see a bee...a rabbit... and a happy little dog up there?
